Egg Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 slice of onion
- 1-2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of mustard powder (optional)
Directions:
- Break the celery stalks in half and pull to remove as much of the celery string as possible.
- Add the ingredients in the order they appear to the Tall Cup and twist on the Cross Blade.
- Pulse using the quick pulse technique until you reach desired consistency.
- Spread between toasted bread, or scoop on top of a salad for a quick and filling midday meal.
